Salesforce Business Analyst

Denver, CO or remote, United States

aMind is hiring a Salesforce Business Analyst to identify and document business processes, gather business requirements and translate those into user stories to ensure we provide our clients the best solution possible.

Will work with the core project team to align functional requirements to solution design and configuration of the solution. Assists in the execution of testing activities. Business Analysts will operate in a client facing and virtual capacity. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick) and an understanding of CPQ concepts such as products and price books, discounting, quoting, invoicing, and amendment and renewal processes.

Job Description

  • Facilitate requirements and acceptance criteria capturing, current state and future state business process sessions with clients.
  • Works to identify business process gaps and friction areas with clients and work with aMind delivery team to integrate improvements into the overall solution.
  • Have a solid understanding of Salesforce CPQ functionality and can clearly map those capabilities and limitations against client processes. 
  • Supports the preparation and facilitation of discovery workshops, which include engaging with client’s business and IT teams to capture user requirements and acceptance criteria as well as supporting prototype demonstrations.
  • Capture key decisions made in business and technical workshops, client meetings and CPQ solution demonstrations.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of sales processes and CPQ best practices to clients.
  • Configure Salesforce CPQ solution to meet client requirements.
  • Support the creation of test scripts and actively participate in test execution.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience supporting Salesforce.com as a Business Analyst or similar role involving the management of business processes and user requirements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience creating Functional Requirement Specifications and similar documentation.
  • Extensive experience with Sales Cloud (Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contracts) and enabling business processes with standard Salesforce functionality.

Salesforce Consultant

aMind is hiring a Salesforce Consultant to identify and capture requirements and to provide consulting services to our clients. Will provide Salesforce solutions to meet client needs through design, configuration, and testing activities.

Consultants will operate in a client facing and virtual capacity. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick), including depth in products and price books, discounting, quoting, invoicing, and amendment and renewal processes.

Job Description

  • Facilitate requirements capturing sessions in order to gain an understanding of the customer’s current state processes.
  • Identify gaps and friction areas with clients and work with aMind delivery team to design a future state solution, incorporating CPQ best practices. 
  • Have a strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ functionality and can clearly communicate its capabilities and limitations to customers. 
  • Present implementation needs and options confidently to a C-level audience as well as technical teams. 
  • Lead or support the facilitation of discovery workshops, which include engaging with client’s business and IT teams, provide solution presentations, and prototype demonstrations as needed.
  • Execute rapid analysis and decomposition of complex business requirements into components leveraging Salesforce CPQ capabilities.
  • Perform business process analysis and design, user journey modeling, and basic technical solution design diagramming. 
  • Configure Salesforce CPQ solution to meet client requirements.
  • Support the creation of test scripts and participate in testing activities.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience implementing CPQ solutions, preferably Salesforce CPQ
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce.com configuration

Salesforce Project Manager

Denver, CO or remote, United States

aMind is hiring a Salesforce Project Manager to lead complex CPQ projects and provide consulting services to our clients.

Will work closely with the aMind project team to guide the project leveraging our proven delivery methodology.  Will help drive project workshop sessions, client calls, planning activities and solution demos.

The Salesforce Project Manager owns the communication, coordination and management of project activities. Partners with overall project leader to manage stakeholder expectations.

Ideal candidates will have strong expertise in full-cycle project implementations from requirements through go-live. Candidates should also possess the ability to understand client expectations and the overall project objectives.

Job Description

  • Provides day-to-day management and escalation for one or more CPQ projects.
  • Responsible for the management of tasks, RAID, scope/change control and quality of deliverables to the client.
  • Monitors and tracks progress through reports and project status meetings with client.
  • Accountable for the overall project timeline, budget and risks/issues.
  • Lead or co-lead the facilitation of discovery workshops, which include engaging with client’s business and IT teams to prototype or provide demonstrations as needed.
  • Drives key project activities such as training, release schedule, cutover planning and knowledge transfer.
  • Provides coaching, mentoring, onboarding and support to project team members.
  • Assist in internal initiatives to improve project delivery methodology and templates.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience implementing CPQ solutions, preferably Salesforce CPQ
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science or related field
  • Strong experience in Scrum or other Agile project delivery models
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills strongly desired
  • Candidates should possess strong written and oral skills 
  • Ability to forecast project resourcing and timeline based on team member workload
  • Excellent client relationship management and problem-solving skills desired

aMind is hiring a Salesforce Solution Architect to drive the overall solution design and provide consulting services to our clients. Will work closely with the aMind project team to translate client requirements into a sound CPQ solution.

Leverages CPQ best practices and strong architectural principles to provide our clients solutions that not only meet business requirements but provide the best user experience. The Solution Architect will operate in a client-facing and virtual capacity. Ideal candidates will strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick) best practices, as well as depth in declarative configuration, coding and customizations and integration techniques to other systems.

Job Description

  • Facilitate solution design sessions with business and IT stakeholders through a series of workshops to gain an understanding of the target design.
  • Develop robust, scalable and flexible solution architectures through the creation of prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and architectural designs.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ capabilities and can clearly communicate its limitations and best practices to customers. 
  • Conduct solution architecture reviews with project team prior to design and development activities to ensure solution aligns to client requirements.
  • Lead or co-lead the facilitation of discovery workshops, which include engaging with client’s business and IT teams to prototype or provide demonstrations as needed.

  • Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
