CPQ is where I made the switch from being a Cost Accountant to a Business Analyst for a manufacturing company. I helped design, implement and manage an in-house configurator that was very successful. From there, I was the liaison for the company that had engaged a company to build a SFA tool. Back in the day! And from there – I’ve just continued to enjoy solving customer challenges during the ordering process.
